We’re still not really sure what gluten is, but going gluten-free is today’s latest craze, one that Mountain Grind Coffee and Bistro stands behind! Their gluten-free menu hasn’t had the taste removed with the gluten, their coffee is organic, and their vegan menu features dishes so tasty, you won’t miss the meat!

Pepe Osaka’s Fish Taco Tequila Bar & Grill, 78707 US-40

You may be surprised to learn about a Japanese Mexican Fusion restaurant, and you may be even more surprised to learn about the healthy options in an international food that is typically known for its gooey and wonderful cheesiness, but Pepe Osaka’s manages to combine all of the above with grace and ease! Try the spicy tuna tacos; they are our favorite!
